There’s no question that I get easily frustrated and impatient when the smallest of problems come up with my computer or an installed program. As in my business, I do my best to try to figure things out on my own so as to learn how to handle that problem in future if it ever rises again. However, I take great comfort in knowing when all else fails, all I┬áhave to do is call you and the problem will be solved.

Both of you have the talent of patience and understanding, (which cannot be taught), and I just had to let you know how much I appreciate everything you’ve done for me.
